Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and destination.
  • As Qatar Post’s international shipping rates are updated periodically, any changes in costs will be reflected accordingly.

Tracking Information

  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Customers can track their shipment directly through Qatar Post’s tracking page for GCC and international deliveries.
  • Feu is not responsible for tracking updates and relies on logistics providers for all shipment-related information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Feu ships to all locations supported by Qatar Post for GCC and international orders.
  • Some countries may have import restrictions on specific items. Customers must verify that their order complies with local import regulations.
  • Feu is not responsible for shipments rejected or confiscated due to local laws.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Policy

Customs Charges & Import Duties

  • Orders valued above QAR 1000 may be subject to a 5% customs duty based on the destination country’s regulations.
  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before delivery.
  • Feu does not cover or reimburse any customs fees imposed by local authorities.

Customs Clearance & Delays

  • Customs clearance times vary depending on the destination country.
  • If a package is held by customs, the customer is responsible for liaising with local authorities to complete the clearance process.
  • Feu is not liable for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by regulatory agencies.

What Happens If Customs Fees Are Not Paid?

If the customer refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes, the shipment may be:

  • Returned to Feu (Return to Sender): If the logistics provider allows returns, return shipping charges will apply and will be deducted from any potential refund.
  • Abandoned or Destroyed by Customs: In this case, Feu will not issue any refund for the order.

3. Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Feu only accepts returns if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returns for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or customs-related refusals are not accepted.
  • Customers must request a return within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting Feu’s customer service.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or unpaid customs duties, it may be returned to Feu.
  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable re-delivery charges.

Refund Policy

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Feu’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • Refunds for product returns will be processed only after Feu receives and inspects the returned item.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Liability & Important Notices

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Qatar Post does not provide standard insurance for shipments.
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with Qatar Post for GCC and international shipments.
  • Feu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they are handed over to the logistics provider.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must ensure their shipping details are correct before completing an order.
  • Feu is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
